I launched streaming with my best buds a year ago and in the spirit of making new friends and keeping the old this years contest is 33 days of best buddy love. To enter the #GYBG challenge make sure you are signed up to get my newsletter. Tomorrow I will send out all of the details and why this challenge will help you start 2016 off healthier than ever but to get you ready. 1. Find a friend to go through the 33 day #GYBG challenge with. This is your chance to get one of your friends who might never want to workout streaming with you because tomorrow night that friend will be able to purchase 33days of streaming to join in the #GYBG fun for a prize not as good as friendship but still prizes are FUN!!! 2. You can also pick a friend who is currently streaming FYI 3. In order to be entered to win the "Got Your Back Girl" Challenge you and your friend must participate each day for 33 days starting Wed Jan 6, 2016. So make sure you partner up with one close pal you commit to showing up to for 33 days. It can be someone you know well or you want to get to know better. 4. After showing up for your work out each day through #TARealtime , you and your partner need to show up for each other by posting in correspondence to the creative challenge I post for you to follow. Each day I will post a new friend challenge (don't worry it doesn't take a lot of time) 5. Make sure that both you and your partner are following @tracyandersonmethod, you tag my handle and one another in each post, and you include our #GYBG hashtag. 6. The newsletter will have a menu component in it if you chose to do that you can but all that is mandatory is that you show up for beginner or advanced streaming for 33 days and you show up for your friend challenge for 33 days. 7. The friends that complete the 33 days to perfection will all win a gift from me.😊 33 days of friendship gratitude and health to start 2016 off right💓

For anyone feeling geared up to take this New Year to show up for their health that may have any hesitance about what they can or can't do you should watch this video our incredible @melissarigdon posted this morning. It brought tears to my eyes to see her smile be the same when she was starting out and now after she has lost over 50 pounds on the method. Everyone has challenges and while Melissa's happiness was never about her weight her love for her health and appreciation for life and her trust in me😭💓 has made this past year one incredibly life giving one. In meeting on her journey and being giving to each other we have become great pals who will one day spend a day taking elevators together🙈😉 love you and am so proud of you Melissa! Can't wait to see what 2016 has in store! She owns this body of hers and has not borrowed it from fads or being on and off. She is the perfect example of focus and love. Regram from @melissarigdon

Day 3: What makes your #GYBG unique____________? It's true, as pictured here, I have two totally different thumbs. I grew to embrace the imbalance I couldn't change when I realized the likes of Einstein had the same thumbs. We all have things that make us unique in all this world.
