PERSONAL DATA FORM (2 COLUMNS)
This template allows you to set up a campaign with a personal data form, with two columns in desktop version and one in mobile.
What does it include in the template?
The template is already preconfigured. It includes:
- Landing with main and background image, and a field to add a description explaining the action and how to participate.
- Data form with the fields that the participant has to fill in to participate, configured using custom CSS, in two columns. You can enable or disable the fields you need for your campaign.
- Legal bases page to include the Terms and Conditions of the promotion.
- Thank you page.
The template allows you multiple options to configure your campaign. Edit the configuration and customize it to suit your needs. Adjust the dates and add your logo and texts to give it the look & feel of your brand.
